Meet The Team

Stephanie E. Saville
President + Founder

Stephanie brings 20 years of nonprofit experience, with an emphasis on special event fundraising, to all of the clients we serve. With a strong attention to detail, high organizational skills, and a passion for making the guest experience exceptional, Stephanie is focused on alleviating stress for nonprofit teams so they can focus on stewarding donors at events and raising more funds for their important missions.

She has hosted thousands of guests at events for organizations including:

  • Common Ground

  • Easterseals Michigan

  • HAVEN Oakland

  • The Children’s Foundation

  • The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society

Stephanie holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Davenport University, is a Salesforce Certified System Administrator and is also the President & Founder of Guiding Force Consulting, LLC - a tech company offering Salesforce solutions for nonprofits.

She serves on the Guiding Harbor board of directors, is a member of Impact 100 Oakland County, a Leadership Oakland Class of XXVIII Alumni, and a Leadership Ann Arbor 2009 Alumni.

Heather Tull
Administrative + Events Manager

Heather has been working in the nonprofit industry for over 18 years in various administrative roles. She brings a passionate, dedicated and thoughtful approach to every interaction with clients.

She specializes in streamlining processes, offering exceptional customer service with quick response times, and the ability to navigate event needs with ease.

Heather has tremendous experience and expertise in volunteer management, vendor management and communications for our nonprofit clients.

When Heather isn’t making a huge difference in the lives of her colleagues, she’s spending quality time with her husband and playing with her rambunctious dog, Murray.
